I’ve said this before and I will say it again: DIETS DON’T WORK. ♀️ Okay? It’s true, they may work for a time, but once you’re done with this diet, all that weight will come back and even more so! Make the conscious decision to eat more nutritious and healthy foods and creating habits of a healthy lifestyle instead of forcing yourself to eat healthier foods for a time. Create a healthy relationship with healthy foods. 🥑🥕🥒🥝 I promise you, you will be so much happier.
