It's easy to say or hear "well just go workout and eat well!" But... what foods? When? How? What times? How often? Soooooo many questions, I get it lol so I'm going to put some tips down below πŸ‘‡ - Carbs! Get most of them from fruits & eat them in the morning! - Protein! Protein is gold to ur muscles, so consume at least 15g to 20g per meal. Especially right after a workout πŸ‘ - Fats! Are NOT bad!!!! Consume good fats throughout the day ( avocados, coconut oil, nuts/seeds... etc) - Eat a large nutrient filled Bfast, a medium lunch ( proteins, fats, carbs) & a smaller Dinner ( little to no carbs) since after this ur going to bed! - Fluids.... water, water, water!!! Cut the sodas and.... anything that isn't water lol seriously. ok I know that's not realistic for most, but... no sodas for the love of God. They're so terrible & I promise you will end up in the ER at some point for stones... just saying. The whole point is health right? - Balance πŸ™‚ is KEY. Yes, eat great and wonderful... but your human! I started a #whole30 challenge on January 1. I NEVER thought I would last even a week without sugar or the things that are non-compliant. It hasn't been easy but it has definitely been worth it because it feels pretty awesome. Not only losing a few pounds and pants fitting loser but having complete control of what goes into my body, not feeling bloated, etc. I encourage you guys to try something you think is out of your league. You'll be surprised at how much you are capable of doing.
