SET UP FOR SUCCESS || Just like a successful student comes prepared to class with a pen, pencil and/or laptop, one very effective way to stay on track with healthy eating is to prepare some or all of your meals ahead of time!
It takes some initial time and preparation, but it saves you time and energy in the long run! Think about it, you don't have to decide every day what you are doing to have for lunch or dinner because it is already decided and prepped for you! It's so freeing!
What's your favourite meal prep strategy?

Such a great reminder that we need to focus on what’s most important to us and what we truly want now, in order to thrive in that one thing! *
Don’t spread yourself too thin, don’t try to be everything to everyone. Decide what you want and put your whole self into it. *
Want to excel in performance? Submerge yourself in the process. Want to lose weight? Decide what daily actions you need to take and dedicate. Want to grow your business or be the very best you can be in your workplace? Put in the time and figure out how to be the best in your field. *
We can achieve a lot of great things in life, but ask yourself what your focus is NOW and jump in with two feet. Don’t hold back, because when we decide to give it our all, that’s where the magic happens.
What’s your thing right NOW that’s calling you to jump in with two feet???

Drinking plenty of water is helpful for our kidneys and liver. Water is also great for headaches, mental clarity, and overall health and well-being. Struggling to get enough water in? Me too! .
Here are 2 tips to help you drink more today!
1. Add a little flavor to it. Lemon water has lots of great benefits, but you could even do cucumber and mint!
2. Set a reminder on your phone to drink water. You can a reminder as often as every hour.

Apple Cider Vinegar anyone??
A little Pilates & my favorite drink for this “baby it’s cold outside” kinda day!
I have recommended this for years and have had clients be taken off of Proton-pump inhibitors that can actually do more damage than good.
As we age our hydrochloric acid levels decrease making it more difficulty to break down our food and thus creating issues like GERD, sour stomach etc...ACV ( apple cider vinegar) goes through a fermentation process which makes it an incredible probiotic!
Wanna make it Tasty?
For those of us just trying to get used to the taste here is a suggestion:
1. Boil hot water & pour in favorite cup
2. Add tbsp ACV to the cup
3. Add and even lime
4. Tsp of raw honey
5. Want a little spice? Add turmeric & cayenne pepper

Hi, I am Azzaya Bodikhuu, a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Graduate from the Institute of Health Sciences. Since graduating I have founded www.zayanutrition.ie which aims to support mothers who want to improve their family's health & wellbeing. I have developed a supportive community-based program focused on increasing my clients’ practical knowledge and coaching them into action! I also offer individual consultations & corporate wellness programs. I am so excited as my article, ‘Why Dieting Doesn't Work’, was recently published on Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington's (Huffington Post) new online health & wellness platform (https://www.thriveglobal.com/stories/20890-why-dieting-doesn-t-work). I am also expanding my services to my native Mongolia.
The Institute of Health Sciences has not just given me research-based nutritional knowledge that cuts through all the noise and differing opinions, but also tools and direction to continue my research long after graduation. Most importantly IHS has played a vital role in helping me discover my ability and passion, which helped me enormously on my journey to becoming my BEST SELF.
