One of the hardest things I have ever done. Another 10RM Back Squat, this time resulting in a Lifetime PR though @ 130kg/286#. After rep 5, I was legitimately seeing stars. After rep 6, I wanted to rack it so bad. I mustered up rep 7 and thought, just get to 8 and call it. Nailed 8 and thought, you’re going to quit with two reps to go??? With all of the breath and strength I could, I had to fight for those last two reps, but I got them. Song credit to our hometown hero Daryle Singletary and #TooMuchFun. Daryle tragically passed away yesterday at the young age of 46. I grew up knowing this guy was just a country boy like me from the small town of Cairo.
