I started on this journey for a few reason:
1. I was fed up with being and all the time
2. I want to get a rocking bod (I mean summer is like right around the corner)
3. I wanted to see if this shit really works.... Well 7 days later I am hooked! I have already lost 3 inches total, I have more energy, my brain is no longer foggy! I'm #obsessed

Planned and prepped! Failure to plan does not exist in this house. We plan everything and that doesn’t stop when it comes to our food! If meal planning and prepping sounds stressful to you, I get it. That used to be me. Now I see people roaming aimlessly at the grocery store with a full cart of food and clearly no plan of what to do with it and I think to myself THAT LOOKS STRESSFUL. And don’t get me started on the waste! Everything we buy gets used because it was purchased to be used! Do you Meal Plan? Would you like help from with how to do it? 🤷🏼♀️
Meal prep Sunday! Made a few days’ worth of coconut curry butternut squash soup and mashed sweet potato. I have some chicken sausages and pork adobo portioned out as well. I’m learning how to meal prep in a way that works best for me! I like to have a few things prepped in batches and then I can pick and choose how to put them together for each meal so I’m not eating the same meals every day.
