We did not deserve to lose today! We were by far the better team for the vast majority of the game. Willian was superb as always, Conte made a big decision to take off Hazard at 1-1 and then we went 2-1 behind. We just have to forget about this and go to the Eithad against a City side which will only have 3 days rest ahead of the game and win. Top 4 looks like a real struggle atm.

🌟 TOP 10 NUTRITION TIPS 🌟 β€” There's no way to out work bad eating habits in the gym. You could try, but not only will that a) make you do miserable amounts of cardio thinking it will reverse what you ate (it won't) and b) you still probably won't get where you want to be πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ Having a healthy diet doesn't mean you have to eat salads and carrot sticks 24/7 (or ever if you don't want to). It's about finding whole, nutritious NATURAL food that you e n j o y 80% of the time, and letting yourself enjoy dessert, wine, pasta, pizzaβ€”whatever it is that you love to eat but isn't necessarily good for you 20% of the time. That being said, here are some things that have helped me get my nutrition into check πŸ’―πŸŒˆπŸ’« 1️⃣drink more water/ avoid liquid cals 2️⃣focus on your meals around a source of lean protein (chicken, lean ground turkey, eggs, etc.) 3️⃣eat more veggies // focus on Whole Foods 4️⃣ eat what YOU like || don't try to force yourself to eat kale every morning if you don't like it 5️⃣****this is probably what helped me the most **** learn the correct portion sizes || I use a scale now bc I track macros but measuring cups are perfectly fine (portion size located on nutrition labels) 6️⃣ read the labels of the food you're eating || if you can't pronounce the ingredients, it's more than likely filled with a bunch of artificial shit 7️⃣meal prep || this is so keyβ€”pick one day and prep in bulk 2 or more healthy meals for you to have easy access to throughout the week 8️⃣allow yourself a cheat MEAL 1-2 times a week || for mental sanity 9️⃣anything that promises you you'll lose weight in a week (tea detoxes, any "fat burning" pill etc. is a bunch of bull πŸ”Ÿdon't try to eat "as little as possible." Food is fuel and you NEED it to get yourself through the day. If you do it right, you should be able to eat more than you used to because you're not eating as much calorie dense artificial foods. Also, if you don't eat enough your metabolism will slow down. Fuel your body!!! πŸ’œ β€” Building new habits takes time, so don't be too hard on yourself.
