How do you find rest during the frenetic pace of the holiday season? I'm trying to be more intentional about resting even as my teaching workload piles up, so give me all of your suggestions please!
When we cut ourselves we take care of it in no time.

What do you do when you’re emotionally not happy?
In our family we talk about taking the stairs. It’s a pretty simple concept, really. Do the hard work yourself. Don’t let something (or someone else) do it for you. You’ll get tired, but you are capable of getting to the top all on your own. And when you get to the top, the very breath that fills your lungs becomes the thing that you’re most grateful for. It’s a lesson we all need, even as adults. How do you instill this kind of mindfulness into your family’s life? Inspire me with your ideas!... #fridayinspiration#theaislinnrainexperience
