Legs were a bit tight tonight but loosened up a bit over the last 20 minutes of the run. Runs are starting to feel like they do when I'm in shape which is definitely a good.
Starting the week off right, 2 more big workouts before I start a mini taper into the half in St. Louis.
Still kind of nervous with the distance but overall I feel like my training has me prepared to give it a shot. My runners have all been killing it lately so that means it's time forme to kill it too right?
