What motivates you to get up and train?
“There are many reasons why I work out, but being motivated is a huge part of it. I love challenges. Setting goals is really important. Knowing where I am and where I want to be. Small progress can make my day!
With the challenge, I’ve been seeing good results in a short period of time. Not really on the scale, but in the way I feel. I have so much energy all the time which is a huge source of motivation.
And lastly, to enjoy a huuuuge cheat meal without feeling bad 🤪”
