BONUS REVEIW 1: Happy Death Day
Director: Christopher Landon
Tagline: Get up. Live your day. Get killed. Again.
Plot: Teresa Gelbman (Jessica Rothe) wakes up in a dorm room on her birthday, hungover, with her schoolmate, Carter Davis (Isreal Broussard). Teresa is popular and is very ignorant. you learn this as you meet many characters by watching her go through her day. Later that day she heads to a party that she doesn't know is for her birthday. While walking under a bridge she encounters a killer with a mask of their school mascot (a baby). he stabs her multiple times. She wakes up in the same dorm room on the same day. She continues to die on that day until she finds out who the killer is.
Reveiw: I did like the movie although it was only really horror for the first half. The acting was good. There were a few homages to multiple movies, one being 16 candles. I didn't like the mask although it invoke some symbolism later in The film. I liked the main character. It was your average teen PG-13 horror flick.
