To wake up with +2kg with no reason. Feeling fat with no reason. Thinking about carbs all the time... ⬇️ . If you are a woman you probably know what I'm talking about. 😣 . I just want to tell you, in case you don't know it yet, it's completely normal to retain water, to feel ugly and fat and think about 🍩 & 🍔 those days of the month. . But these feelings are not objective. You are not fat, you are not ugly & you don't need to eat all the junk you are thinking about in those moments. ✋🏼 . You are just a woman. Your hormones may make you think and believe things that are not real. 👇🏻 . In those days, the only real fact is that we retain water. We may increase till +2kg but those 2kg will leave as soon as you start your period. 👋🏼 . So in those days or week ( a week and a half in my case 😄) think about how this will pass and try to stay as focused as you can. Don't hate & don't judge yourself. It's not your fault and you will be motivated and strong and feeling like the queen you are very very soon. 👸🏼 . We can't control what happens in our internal body those days but we can try to control what happens in our minds. So, don't let negative thoughts bring you down and try to stay positive (and avoid sugar). You may use cacao, stevia, etc or just eat a sugar free 🍫. You can also make your own pizza at home and there are plenty of fit recipes and ideas on YouTube. 🔝 . If you have these period issues I strongly recommend you to check same info about in Google. If you know exactly how your body works it will probably be easier for you to stay focused. 😘

So this morning I went for my second run since I stopped back in August and although I was incredibly slow, I managed to get to today's goal of 20minutes running non-stop , which I am so happy about!! I was worried that all my hard work doing the #Coachto5k last year would be ruined from the break but I am already making progress :) Next time I will aim for 30minutes. Onwards and upwards!
