Day 37/ Challenge Day 27- 2/18/2018
Okay, you guys already know about the weigh-in, but I still freaking PUMPED. Also, I got a nice shoutout from my online coach @chris_puck_33!
This has been the weirdest four weeks ever!! I’m starting to really love the process though! Each week I see the results, and good or bad, I find at least one thing to adjust for the next week. Ups and downs, highs and lows, but I feel reinvigorated for the next four weeks to finish this Challenge out STRONG!!!

What matters is consistency. I take mine in the morning, at night, mid afternoon, with or without food. I just make sure I take it. Every. Single. Day.
