Day 37/ Challenge Day 27- 2/18/2018 Okay, you guys already know about the weigh-in, but I still freaking PUMPED. Also, I got a nice shoutout from my online coach @chris_puck_33! This has been the weirdest four weeks ever!! I’m starting to really love the process though! Each week I see the results, and good or bad, I find at least one thing to adjust for the next week. Ups and downs, highs and lows, but I feel reinvigorated for the next four weeks to finish this Challenge out STRONG!!! πŸ’ͺ🏻😁πŸ’ͺ🏻

πŸ’₯SplitShareπŸ’₯ . So this week I was trying out a new split.🀘🏽 . (Pull~Push~Legs) x 2, RestπŸ”₯ . Needless to say I’ve never been more mentally challenged.🀯 . Training with @nionlifestyle, making sure we get those eccentric reps.πŸ’ͺ🏽 . We almost flaked once during the split and we called each other out.πŸ˜‚ . If it matters, I lifted close to a cumulative total of 160,000 pounds. . Also as you can see I sneaked in a bit of other muscle groups because I felt that my body could handle it.πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ . Been trying to work the legs, the chest and the biceps up. I make sure I hit them multiple times during the week.😎 .
