Ok hi... I am OUT OF my comfort zone to be posting this, but i feel like it may give me the kick up the ass I need
My current goals aren't sky scraper high... 1) recover some strength after pregnancy/birth, and 2) increase overall fitness levels.
I am not looking to lose significant weight, more like recomposition my weight, i have struggled many years to keep weight ON, so despite not being fully satisfied with my current bod-look, I'm really proud of myself for the recent changes u have made to my diet - mainly not skipping meals anymore is a massive change for me.
Anyway, less belly more bootay
