Got a bit emosh this morn. Ran my first ever 5km, not the furthest distance in the world, but a milestone for me. I started last year morbidly obese, seriously I was a unit, a year on and I’ve shed a shitload of weight and am able to run. I’m super chuffed.
You’ve all been there and have encouraged, inspired and helped me change my life.
I thank you all.
Bran flakes (hex b) and Muller light yoghurt blueberry muffin flavour!
No fruit because I forgot to defrost it last night
I must remember the 5p rule! Planning prevents piss poor performance. Weekends are my weakest point, they're so busy it's always a grab and go system! I aim to plan meals and prepare them ahead of the weekend in future so as not to hinder my weight loss #slimmingworld#slimmerme#weightloss#busylife#work#planahead

I've been very quiet of late but I have a lot on my mind. I start my 4th round of #ivf today and I have been concentrating on getting mentally prepared for that. To share a wee smidgen of my story - I have one lovely son and I had a beautiful still born baby boy in August 2016...so I am feeling the fear a bit. Fear of failure/ fear of being successful and then going through the same awful trauma again. Praying that doesn't happen. I certainly have lots of Drs aware of my situation and on my side which is a positive that came out of losing Sonny. Gee heavy stuff!
Anyway I'm feeding my body well; concentrating on keeping my mind healthy and visualising positive things.
PS I am breaking my new boots in - I don't usually wear them indoors - I'm not a savage
