So the last 2 weeks I’ve pretty much not been very consistent with diet and training. I’ve been eating what I’ve wanted and training only 3-4 days a week. Sometimes it’s good to have a break mentally and physically. My motivation is so high right now and I’m ready to start back Monday and get a lot bigger this year. Going to be running @joe_oakley__ powerbuilding programme as I want to build strength as well as size this year
