Hassan-e Sabbāh or Hassan al-Sabbāh (circa 1034–1124) was a Nizārī Ismā’īlī missionary who converted a community in the late 11th century in the heart of the Alborz Mountains of northern Persia. He later seized a mountain fortress called Alamut. He founded a group of fedayeen whose members are often referred to as the Hashshashin, or “Assassins”.
He used his assassins as a weapon to who threatened his authority. Even the great empires around Alamut couldn’t take under control Hassan Sabbah. He was controlling his assassins with drugs and promise to show entrance of the heaven. Behind the Alamut Castle he created a secret garden, there were many tropical threes, exotic animals and beatifull girls from every nation in his secret garden. Some of his best assassins had been taken to this garden with drugs, by this way assassins lost their conscious and believed their visit to heaven was real. After this experience they were becoming eager to visit heaven again and so killing people or suicide for Hassan Sabbah just become closer to heaven for them. Under favour his assassins Hassan Sabah ruled Alamut Castle many years.
Assassin’s Creed is a franchise centered on an action-adventure video game series developed by Ubisoft. Assassin’s Creed is basis on real story of Hassan Sabbah and his assassins. The series took inspiration from the novel Alamut by the Slovenian writer Vladimir Bartol.
