Everyone needs to spend time with themselves to recharge their energy, and it is much easier to grow mentally and spiritually by focusing on yourself on your own time. To be your authentic self when participating in discussion you have to be still in the moment. The feeling that you need to force a thought through your lips acts as a blockage for the flow of your thoughts and the conversation you're engaging in. To allow the wave of vibrations to flow in your mind you must learn to become comfortable within silence, especially around others. This is the key to speaking with your pure thoughts, rather than fear. Remember that everyone overthinks having over 70,000 thoughts per day. Instead of being your thoughts, try to become aware of the mind from an out of body perspective, and recognize that who you are is what you project to others on the outside, and not the body or the mind, as these are only our tools to excel during our time here on Earth.
