Y'all know I'm super into home fitness and health and wellness. It's sort of been my jam ever since I realized a few years ago that going to the gym reularly was just not going to happen ;). Every few months a new workout program releases, and some I'm pumped about and others I sort of let go. I have On Demand workouts so the new ones just pop up when they're released . January's release is one I'm super excited about, and I get join a bunch of other coaches in a test group with the program's creator . I'm co-hosting a customer group at the same time so I'll be able to share all the info and motivation from my coach group with everyone else.
