If you actually know me you know I’ve had a really really rough start to my semester this year. I am really excited about the fact that I’ve been channeling my negative feelings into fitness and exercise because in the past I would’ve turned to food and lethargy. I am still not totally sure if me working out everytime I get significantly upset about something is totally healthy but I definitely think it’s a better habit than I’ve had. Remember to tell someone around you that you love them because you really don’t know how they’re feeling or what they’re going through and just the feeling of support means a lot more than you’d think. Okay, have a great rest of your nights everyone!!!
OKAY so I woke up this morning and I felt like #trash because it was my roommates birthday last night and we drank a lot... but I woke up and worked out anyways! I ALSO wore SHORTS and this new @puma tank because it was 80 degrees today which made for a great day and a great soccer practice. Can’t wait for more warm weather. Have a good night everyone!!
