Jeans oder Kleid/Rock??? Also ich muss sagen dass ich Röcke und Kleider super schön finde und ab und an sehr gerne anziehe ! ABER(!) in meiner Jeans fühle ich mich dann irgendwie doch am wohlsten und sie wird neben Leggings/Joggern mit am meisten getragen höhö . Erzählt mal wie das bei euch ist ! Was habt ihr am liebsten an und an die Männer: Was mögt ihr am liebsten bei Frauen ?
I think for so long we put ourselves down in hopes that if we hate ourselves enough we will motivate change. .
It is so easy to train our minds to see all the flaws and all the things that could be better with the notion that if we are diligently aware, if we can just pinpoint the imperfections and focused all our energy on them we can fix them before anyone else notices. Unfortunately motivation from this orientation of deficiency easily becomes a lifelong battle with self efficacy and self esteem.
All too easily the flaws become all that you see, your entire perception of yourself becomes clouded by your own judgement as criticizing yourself has now become just a habit. Just something you do without thinking. We train our minds without knowing it. But as difficult as it is to re-wire our thought processes and our innate tendencies toward self doubt, it is not impossible. There is far more growth from self love than there will ever be from hate.
