To the left is my first year in fitness and the extreme right is now.
Fitness not only evolves your body but also your mind and soul.
This is not a sport.
It's a LIFESTYLE.
You live this as a lifestyle and certainly you'll know the beauty of it.
@evolutionsportsnutrition has definitely played a major role in my supplementation as I have always and only consumed the most amazing products we have.
Also a major myth that goes along with lifting weights and consuming 6 meals and supplements makes one manly?
Like seriously ?
Gaining Muscle Mass--- Many women are afraid to lift weights because they are afraid of getting bulky, and by that, they generally mean gaining a significant amount of muscle mass. The argument here is always that “women don't have the same hormone profile as men, and therefore cannot gain enough lean mass to look bulky.
There is a difference between how much muscle a woman can build versus how much muscle a man can build. Differences in body size, body composition and hormone levels affect your body’s ability to put on muscle. Women don’t have enough testosterone to get big muscles with simply just lifting heavy weights. Men have approximately 40 percent more muscle mass than women, which makes it a lot easier to put on mass.

Do you want to look and feel younger!!?? Run!
Running, according to nearly a dozen of the nation’s top longevity researchers and decades of study, is and always has been one of the best age-preventers. And it’s not just that our favorite sport can tack years onto our lives—a full three, if you recall that landmark study published in Progress in Cardiovascular Diseases last March—it’s that it can add more life in our years. Run, and your health, energy, and quality of life are superior in ways both subtle and absolutely vital.
From heart to muscles to the brain and immune system, running at any age and for almost any amount of time turns the body into a more efficient version of itself.
Mind: Runners have a higher concentration and greater volume of gray matter, which means better memory, quicker recall, and generally feeling sharper and a lot freaking smarter.
Heart: Aerobic exercise restores elasticity to arteries, allowing them to behave years younger. This helps decrease the likelihood of kidney disease, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, and inflammation.
Immune System: Ever notice you don’t get colds and flu as often as nonrunner friends? Not a coincidence. Regular running is linked to a stronger immune system, and it may even prevent agerelated deterioration.
Well-Being: Running, whether it’s via a run crew or at a local race, can help you create essential social connections. That’s more important than ever. Last year, former United States Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, M.D., called loneliness “an epidemic” for adults today.
Muscles: As you heft your body weight with each step, you’re preserving muscle and bone strength—a huge component of staying young.
Are you convinced yet?? Get out there and run!
