I often hear “oh i don’t crossfit it’s hardcore and dangerous” in fact it’s the opposite. You know what’s really dangerous?....heart disease, obesity, metabolic disorder, type 2 diabetes, or any other chronic disease.
Today’s partner workout, and don’t be intimidated most scaled this workout. We had athletes from all ages, and fitness level workout today, and scaled accordingly we all finished this between 20-30min. The weights and cardio were adjusted to rowing and body weight if needed. The metabolic effect for all athletes in a class should be similar
