Today turned gloomy fast, so I made a bright lunch! Mixed greens, chicken breast, sweet potatoes, grapes, pepitas, with a little olive oil, white balsamic, lemon, s&p. ———- Trick for quick cooking a perfect sweet potato: clean and pierce with a fork and cook it in the microwave for 6-7 min. Cut it in half lengthwise. Cut each half into a little grid of squares, being careful not to cut through the skin. Broil for 8-10 min, until a little brown and crispy. Le porridge de chez @bolporridgebar est une tuerie👌🏽😍c’est un must try pour tout les curieux/addicts des porridges. Il y en a pour tout les goûts: sans gluten ou sans lactose. Les toppings peuvent aussi être personnalisés (beurre de cajou, fruits secs, fruits de saison, granola.. etc la list est longue🙈)ça cale tellement et c’est très bon😍😍😍😍 le bol avec 3 toppings est à 6 eur :). These are so SO easy to make and were one crowd pleasing batch of balls if ya know what I mean 😉 ~~~~~~~ They come together with just a few ingredients for healthy on the go snacking. From marathon training (or marathon Netflix watching 🙋🏻‍♀️) these have all the good fats and fiber to fuel your snack time needs. ~~~~~~~~~ What to use: Peanut butter Maple syrup Oats Cocoa powder What to do: Combine peanut butter and maple syrup in a sauce pan and heat over medium low heat until it starts to become light and fluffy. Remove from heat and add oats and cocoa powder. When cool enough to handle, form into balls and freeze until firm.

happppppy start to the long weekend, fam 🌞🌸🌿👓🍾🎉🙋🏽‍♀️ • #beats: I was craving @cava but I didn’t want to waste the ingredients in my fridge from this week, so I whipped up a wholesome, packed salad with roasted chickpeas in @bazaarspices, cherry tomatoes🍅, avocado🥑, feta, and turmeric tahini dressing (turmeric, paprika, cayenne, tahini, honey, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice). 🍴If you don’t want to make it yourself (or don’t have a good blender like me 3 mo ago) you can buy it pre-made at @wholefoodsdc by the hummus section. Added some roasted rotisserie chicken (no I did not make that 😂) on the side for a perfect lunch. I’m normally not a salad kind of girl, but DAMN this was good.
