This morning was all about seconds. . I set my alarm and I woke up about 30 minutes before, fell back asleep hard and BAM it goes off. . Pitch dark room, warm bed, pajamas and my mind running through scenarios of how I could sleep in longer, until... . Until I remembered my goals and how much better I feel after I press play and take time for me. . I made the quick decision to silence not only my alarm but my excuses and here I am. . A Sunday well spent brings a week content or in my case this weekend, a Saturday with how busy I knew today would be.🙌 We are now set for an awesome week!!! I’ll admit I used to really dislike meal prepping. I thought I would have to spend my whole Sunday in the kitchen or be too much work or why I would want my meals prepped ahead of time. But WOW, was I ever wrong! Spending an hour or 2 in the kitchen saves me soooooo much time during the week and I love having my meals ready for the week! And I no longer have that 4:30 “What’s for dinner?” conversation.🤷‍♀️ Here’s a sneak peek into some of our meals. BBQ'd pork, roasted asparagus and sweet potatoes. BBQ'd chicken, brown rice and roasted Brussels sprouts. Meal prepping doesn’t have to take a lot of time and it sure doesn’t have to be complicated. I love keeping my meals simple. Planning out your week and doing a little prep will help you stay on track with your goals!! I'm also finishing up my plans for my FREE group this week. Still time to be added in! Day 57 of 80 ✔️ Never skip a Monday! I’ll tell you something, I have been terrible at finishing what I started throughout my life! I have a list of ‘incompletes’, but ever since making the decision to finish a 90-day program 5 years ago I have seen a shift! I am not perfect but I am better! Isn’t that what this life is all about, pushing yourself a bit each day to just be a little better. I am pretty proud of where I am at with this 80-Day Journey. I have not missed ANY workouts and that takes some serious commitment. 57 workouts completed on time and I haven’t come this far to only come this far! Nothing I can control will stop me from finishing strong. my challengers are just as committed. The ones that were serious about their goals and have stuck it out are in for a strong finish. I am so proud of every one of them! You can do hard things my darling! YES YOU!
