Første uge på diæten og det nye program har forløbet fint og motivationen er egentlig okay. Jeg forventer at komme i mål før jeg ved af det 👍🏻😀 en lille debat vi havde op at vende forleden var det med at have en såkaldt cheatdag, cheatmeal, refeeddag osv (der findes et utal af navne efterhånden).
