Sage words. A lot of people tell me, "Can't you lose all your money in the #stockmarket ?" While you technically can, you can also gain money in the stockmarket. That's kind of the point of the stockmarket. But what are the options? To #save my money in the bank account? #inflation would make my money worth less. So I would rather play and maybe win, than not play an definitely lose. #stocks #dividend #dividends #stocktrading #stocktrader #robinhoodapp #m1

Link in bio! Price to earnings is a ratio that CAN be very useful. HOWEVER, it should only be used as a preliminary screen to discover if you are paying a reasonable price for a company's earnings. . Good businesses are not lottery tickets, their share price will rise with their earnings growth over a long enough time period. . A low PE ratio will help you avoid hype stocks, but can't be used as a one-stop valuation method.

Here’s your lunchtime news bite!! Peugeot CEO Carlos Tavares plans to use the 2017 acquisition of GM's European Opel and Vauxhall operations as the springboard to re-enter the American market. The automaker exited the U.S. more than 20 years ago, run out by Japanese competition and shifting customer tastes. Adjusting to the latest trends, Peugeot also plans to offer electrification as an option on all its vehicles by 2025.

At the peak of the GFC, Charlie Munger invested cash held by the Daily Journal Corporation in 4 stocks. 3 worked out, 1 didn’t. DJC made a fortune and still holds the stocks, pocketing dividends as well. This is long term, focussed, patient, inactive, unemotional investing at its best. I’ve been investing in stocks since July 2016.Wow, doesn’t even feel like it’s been that long ago.And the Acorns app was actually the first one I started using. Acorns is a free app for college students with valid University (.edu) emails. They allow new investors to invest into the stock market without it being over complicated.By investing into ETFS(Exchange Traded Funds) you have the ability to diversify your portfolio for future growth. You can also invest your spare change from your debit/credit cards (Round Ups) into stocks on acorns, which adds up greatly over time. And over time I ended up discovering more and more apps and websites to invest into the stock market, however Acorns is the best for any new investor with no experience at all.But Acorns was my first brokerage account and will always hold a position in my investment life.Just remember, it takes money to make money, so I make money when I sleep.💰✅📊#acornsapp #acorns #investing #stockmarket#dividends#return#capital#profit#longterm #etf #roundup
