Food prep! Just some boxes with broccoli and mushrooms. To some pretty boring but I actually love broccoli and mushrooms 😋 I've loved veggies all my life but food prep wasn't really my thing. But with the busy lifestyle we now lead it is kinda necessary. Over time it became a habit. Also eating more and more vegetables became a habit. Anyone can create habits or can achieve a goal, the first step is making a step. For me it really helps to take a small thing, a little step and just follow it for some time (I think around two months) at first you'll have tell yourself to do it, but it becomes easier and easier and over time it eventually becomes a habit and you don't have to think about it anymore. I hope this helps someone just a little bit. Like most things: a lot of things we already know, but it's good to hear it some more :) * Voorbereiding: voor de meestem misschien nogal saai: beetje broccoli en champignons, maar voor mij lekker handig en vooral erg lekker. Ik was nooit zo van het foodpreppen, maar met het dikke leven en de onregelmatige werktijden is het toch wel erg handig. Ooit was het doel meer groente eten, later werd het dus vooral meer groenten voorbereiden. En zoals alles, voordat het een gewoonte werd was het een beetje werken en jezelf pushen. Maar na een tijdje structureel ergens mee bezig zijn, word het vanzelf een gewoonte. Ik denk dat iedereen een levensstijl kan creëeren die hij/zij wilt. Het hoeft niet allemaal tegelijk en voor mij werkt het juist om een klein stapje te nemen, dat vol te houden totdat ik er niet meer over na hoef te denken. En dan door na het volgende stapje.
