blueberry BLENDER CHIA PUDDING 🍇🌪️🥝🙌🏼 this probably one of the most simple, satisfying and delicious breakfasts ever! SO GOOD 😍 blender chia pudding 👇🏼. 3 tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds 3/4C almond or coconut milk 1/4C berries of choice (i used blueberries) 1 serving @tropeaka vanilla protein powder 2 tsp @melrosehealth almond butter dash of cinnamon directions: soak chia seeds in milk overnight then blitz everything in a @vitamix in the morning. top with fruit, superfoods and a dollop of yoghurt 👌🏼 wishing you all a beautiful day 🤗💕

These Banana Oat Bites are one of my favorites to have ready in the fridge for the week. They are great for a quick breakfast with fresh fruit, to add to a yogurt bowl or as a snack. Simple ingredients and easy to make! 1 cup of oats 1 banana 1/8 cup of nut butter (used @georgiagrinders Pecan butter) 1/8 cup of apple sauce 1 tbsp almond milk 1 tbsp honey (used @rigoniasiagousa ) 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 scoop @furtherfoodcollagen Mix in a bowl, form balls and bake ~12 minutes. Store in the fridge in a glass container for up to 5 days.
