Lattes + Girl Scout Cookies?
After meeting @hgoodrichrd ( #anti-diet #HAES#IntutiveEating RD, aka GOALS), I was inspired to challenge and embrace non-judgement, intuitive eating. Haven’t had Girl Scout cookies in YEARS, so it was definitely a sign when they were selling them right outside of the place Haley and I got coffee! .
Thank you Haley for inspiring me and so many others who struggle with disordered eating behaviors in a world full of diets. Can’t wait to follow your footsteps and spread the practice of self-compassion and food, body freedom
