Just a quick reminder of train times/ arrangements for Saturday for those attending the march - sorry it's late x
The best train for us to get from Swansea Train Station is 11:29am which is the London Paddington Service. It will get to Cardiff Central at 12:21 on platform 2 then well have to change trains on platform 6 to get the 12:36 train to Cathays station for 12:42pm. It's less than half a mile walk from the station to get to the meeting point. This will ensure we meet everyone at 1pm.
If people want to get the train between Swansea and Cardiff the train times are:
Arriving at Neath Station 11:40am departing at 11:41am
Arriving at Port Talbot Parkway 11:48am departing at 11:49am
Arriving at Bridgend 12:00pm and departing at 12:02pm.
I will be at Swansea Train Station from 11:00am in my bright yellow hoodie to meet everyone so we can board the train together.
Hope this is ok

Endometriosis doesn't just cause pain during a women's period. The truth of the matter is that endometriosis causes pain every single day!
Cells can grow on different organs causing a whole host of pain, for example, if the cells grow close or on your sciatic nerve you will expect a lot of leg pain, swelling, to name a few. If the cells grow between your vagina and bowel, called rectovaginal endometriosis, this brings a whole new set of issues like irritable bowels, difficulty passing urine, diarrhoea and painful bowel moments.
Then you have the lesions that endometriosis causes, the different organs sticking together, scar tissue, trauma, not only the physical effects to a women's body but also the mental effects it has.
Endometriosis needs to stop being thought of as just a painful period!! It's so very far from 'just' being that. #endometriosis#endowarrior#endoawareness#bowelendo#bowelendometriosis#endo#endometriosisawareness
