Giant set #2 - Loving this new bar - I’ve had a few questions on how I’ve built my arms over the years and so I’ve decided to try to take some clips and share with folks. It is hard to notice, but I move my wrists slightly on each exercise to stimulate a different part of the muscle. I believe in a combination Of heavy weight, medium to high reps, very little rest time and ALWAYS strict form and range of motion. I AM A HUGE FAN of giant sets for arms as well! This workout was done fasted as each of my morning weekend workouts are to give my digestive system a break and clean me out.
