You may see me struggle, but you will NEVER see me quit ♀️
About to start the process to start leaning out a little more. I have honestly struggled lately with eating cleaner because I just haven’t had the time to figure out meals and stuff. But now I’m back on my sh*t and I am pretty confident to getting back into it. So stay tuned because I’m committed to getting these abs to show more GRIND TIME. BUT I hope you all had a great Friday
Goodmorning Beautiful People Hope you all have a wonderful blessed Friday!
Usually I love to try and think as positive as I can when I first wake up, I used to not be a positive person at all and now I turn negative situations into positives and let me tell you it changed my life
Try thinking atleast 3 positive thoughts a day & remember only 21 days and it will become a habit.
Her value is priceless.
Her potential is limitless.
I used to compare myself to everyone, I hated where I was and thought I should be further in life. BUT we all have to figure ourselves out & learn to love what we were blessed with. I learned that it is okay to still figure out what your likes/dislikes are. I am still learning that till this day, but I do know who I am as a person and where I want to be in life. BUT it does not matter where everyone else is, Stop comparing yourself to EVERYONE ELSE & focus on YOU. Because at the end of this lifetime that is all that’s going to matter is you and your happiness
In Loving Memory of my late grandmother, Bam Bam. She passed away in April 2014 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. The photo on the left was taken in May 2011 before she got too bad. We were on vacation in Myrtle Beach, and we picked out this beautiful black and white outfit for her to wear to a golf banquet we attended. Shopping for her fancy new outfit was one of our happiest memories. I now have that outfit, and a similar tropical print blazer (right photo). I’m also wearing one of her many beautiful necklaces she gave me. As a little girl, she always used to let me play in her costume jewelry box and untangle her necklaces, which began my love for making jewelry. I miss her every day. Make sure you tell your grandmas you love them today, and often. #fitgirlstylechallenge#inlovingmemory#fitgirlslife
Like wildflowers; You must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.
It was my second day back in the gym since I was sick & I FEEL WEAK but I’m glad to be back, since I have been sick I honestly have just been eating what I crave or I just wouldn’t eat at all and all I have craved was JUNK lol and I definitely feel it. But I am going to put myself back on a diet that I was on when I leaned out the most. Give me a month and I will be back to where I wanna be
Everyday is a new day to reinvent yourself, so if you aren’t happy with where you are at right now.. START working on yourself tomorrow, whether it is mind set, working out, trying to be a better person. You can always improve yourself
