Not gonna lie, first leg day back for a bit and it was rough 135# squat felt like a million pounds... So I tortured myself with weighted walking lunges. 🤦🏻♀️ Thankfully my @1stphorm Intra-Formance gave me a good boost of endurance (and it’s now currently in fiancées bag, gone forever). Trying my best to workout before my day begins, so I don’t try to make excuses or talk myself out of getting out there and doing it! I find that I train the best and enjoy myself the most when I train in the mornings also, it gives me so much energy and gets me motivated to smash out my study and eat cleaner foods🤩. When do you train??

Not the best angle but coming in well, considering I am 190lbs rather than my lowest at 184lbs but I suppose that’ll roughly be my weight on the day of the show after carb ups but condition will be by far more on point
