We did HEAVY box squats, pause front squats, 4 x 15 close stance leg press final set to failure, HEAVY kneeling squats... so by the time we got to this superset (db steps ups followed by barbell walking lunges) I was impressed she made it look so easy! No hesitations, no wingeing.. she endured it all and loved it! We have got big plans for 2018 and @autriny is absolutely killing it!

Why cry about missed opportunities when you have the ability to smile at opportunities lived? The past has created who you are NOW, where we learn and grow from the past. We should never rest upon previous achievements or allowing past failure to paralyze us in our current endeavor.
