You can make your own plans😼 Anyways: my focus of this video is that first workout. ✖️Hanging ab knee tucks - - whatever you want to call them. Let me tell you I’ve been doing them for a while and I’m slowly starting to get better at it. With that workout you literally only use your core to keep you balanced. I first stepped into the gym when I was a teenager. Unfortunately, I’ve never been a regular user. Few weeks on, followed by a whole year off. I suppose this is why I never really had any results to show for it. I only now realise that consistency is the key. You will have days when you feel low, lose your drive, will not care at all. It is absolutely fine to take some time off until you get yourself together and when you do, go back in and carry on. It took me nearly 5 years to get where I am now and I’m just at the beginning of my journey....
