Sprints are one of my favorite ways to get cardio done outdoors. It's good to get that heart rate going and that burn I also did some abs afterwards for a little extra burn.
I am pretty proud of myself even though it's not the calorie burn I usually shoot for but I have a massive headache today so it was hard. My head was pounding the WHOLE time. (It probably doesn't help that the jets were flying over either ) But my hump day workout is complete
