Two of the pressing movements from today’s shoulder session. Machine Press working up to a max effort 12 reps. Ended up only getting 11.5 but that’s okay. More Half Presses today, working to a hard 8 reps. Got a little too ambitions and hit the weight for 4 reps before dropping it 30lbs and hitting my 8.
