Decided to try out the @thedorianyates method and focus on the negative as in bringing the weight down as well as the positive as in bringing the weight up. And this has to be the best pump I’ve ever had, as well as the most excruciatingly but surprisingly good pain I’ve ever felt when it comes to lifting.
