I visiting Montreal and two of my friends were awesome enough to let me stay at their place, hence the way better backdrop and lighting and the appearance of the lovely Arya, the French Bulldog. She's also a potato because in all four takes of the video she hasn't moved an inch.
I'm sharing a few thoughts today about social rejection and how it's kind of a good thing. It's my reaction to the reaction of my previous video.
Which makes it really cool for me because the vlog is almost like an ongoing conversation with you guys.
Peace love and happiness
• SWIPE LEFT • I thank God for all of these individuals. In 2017 we started a business, and we saw each other through some of the toughest times. We learned about financial literacy, business principles, & generational wealth. We increased the worth of our pockets, but we also increased the worth of our mental & spiritual. People doubted us, & a lot still do, but God has taught, shown, and given us more than any man ever will. You trusted Andre & I to walk with you on this journey to financial freedom, not only for us but for our families. 2018 is for us, thank YOU. I wrote a long ass caption for this and it disappeared?
Upper body for me was the one area where I failed to see any progress. But recently I have started to see some definition come through and it’s motivating me to keep going.
Not seeing progress is such a demotivating thing - I like to think of it as planting a seed.
When you plant a seed, you bury it underground and you might not see any change for weeks or months. But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t anything going on there at all. After the correct feeding, time and nutrients, that seed will one day, sprout and all that hard work that was going on underneath the soil will be on show for the world to see.
You are a seed and you will sprout! Give it time.
