Point of the Week!
A big thumbs up for Lung 10! This point is the bomb diggity for sore throats! So perfect this time of year when the weather is all over the place and our bodies don’t know how to react.
My advice for avoiding sore throats (and catching colds) is covering the back of your neck and chest (I literally sleep with a hat and scarf 🧣every night in winter), avoiding cold/raw/iced foods, and not having a wet head! Seriously, blow drying your hair when you get out of the shower will save you from soooo many colds and sore throats.
