“How do I start this post without getting over emotional? I honestly don’t think it’s possible. After my mom passed away in October of 2016, I completely let myself go. I was on the path to self destruction. Emotional eating was the only way I knew how to cope with what was going on. In March when I seen that picture in the middle, I knew I had to get back on track and start caring about myself again. My mom would be the last person who would want to see me give up. So, fast forward to now and 100 pounds later and I’m finally starting to feel like me again. I’m not going to say it’s always easy and there are no sacrifices because I wouldn’t be being honest with you.. but, what I can tell you is that it’s worth it. You are worth taking care of!” ~ Alyssa
