Last year was such a difficult time & transition in my life, at times I was upset with myself for not staying physically active because if you know me the gym = life for me! 2017 was my year to become mentally stronger but 2018 I'm coming you & I WILL be physically stronger! Three weeks in and I've been pushing myself each day! Anyone out there remember it's okay to take a break so you can work on other areas of your life! This is a great shoulder warm up or burn out for after your workout. Don’t be fooled by the light weights, they can be killer!
