Monday was good to me! Little man went to school, picked him up went to an appt and played outside, got my workout in and crossed some stuff off my todo list. Excited to see what the rest of the week brings. Also this dressing...swipe! Is money
Being happy is an extremely personal thing and it really has nothing to do with anyone but ME! Once I figured out that little nugget, my life transformed. I loooveeee people but I am learning to have zero attachment to the response of others.
That keeps me aligned.
That keeps me focused.
That keeps me at peace.
Find your happiness in YOU rather than in someone/something else.
(8/80): And back to the top we go! Noticed a huge difference this week compared to last week in my form and also my mentality of wanting to finish each workout even though today was heavier weight! I’ll say that’s a win for the day! -

This is a great shoulder warm up or burn out for after your workout. Don’t be fooled by the light weights, they can be killer! Repeat 3x (ps I may or may not have googled the names to these exercises ) let me know if you try it! .
1. 10 external rotations
2. 10 scarecrow rotations
3. 10 lateral to front raise
4. 10 reverse front raise
