I had to share that I am probably having one of the BEST feeling days so FAR of this program and it’s day 33/80! Yup, so for 32 days I have felt off. And, It’s hard when you are in a test group for a program and hosting your own group at the same time! • I don’t have the complete belief in this program yet, because I’ve never done it before! • I’ve done so many other programs and coaches thousands of women (and men) through them. And it’s easy, because I know programs work, I’ve done them all! • But this program is so DIFFERENT! And at 41, this game of nutrition and fitness seems to get harder and harder as I get older! This program has been trying on the body and the MIND! I SAY EFFFFF THE SCALE! • I was down 5 pounds in phase 1, And I’m up 3 pounds in this phase, But........I’m feeling amazing! • All I know is that I have never eaten this much, I have never felt this great, and I have never had abs..... ALL at the SAME time! • YUP! Timed nutrition, kick ass workouts, continued support, and a whole ton of food! It’s TUESDAY... . That means it’s time for an update on my #80dayobsession journey, although I’m a bit behind on sharing 😬 here’s my phase ☝️ results . SO in 26 days... 💥26 days of 4:30am wake ups 💥26 days of pushing myself past the limitations I set for myself 💥 following timed nutrition (it’s not as hard as I thought it would be) 💥 26 days of support from my #obsessionbabes 💥 26 days of no 🍫 or 🍷 . {Insert drumroll 🥁} . I’m down 8lbs & 9 inches!! 🤗 . I’m gaining lean muscle & burning fat AND I’m lifting heavier then I ever have consistently & I can actually do regular pushups 😲 . Listen ladies if I can do this you can too! The results are REAL! I’m eating real food & working out in my living room, yep I don’t have to leave my house 👊🏻 .
