I’ve mentioned a few times that I don’t track macros, just calories. This is an example from tonight’s dinner. We weigh the ingredients in grams, get the calories for each ingredient, add, and divide. This gives us the calories per gram of the dish when we serve our selves. Sandwich de almuerzo 🥪 Me lo estaba soñando y la verdad es que quedó increíble! Pan Asia tipo sándwich de @fitgarten con hummus de tomates secos de @gypsyhummus, pollo al horno desmenuzado (que sobró de ayer), aguacate, lechuga, tomate y champiñones portobello salteados! 🤤 Acompañé con vegetales hervidos y luego dorados en un sartén con sal marina, pimienta y mantequilla de @alma_foods! ••• Sandwich for lunch 🥪 I was dreaming about it and fortunately it turned out amazing!
