Hoje meu parceiro foi @timferriss com o Livro #trabalhe4horasporsemana.
Ouvi até 1h:30.Entre aquecimento e percurso. Amanhã termino o mesmo juntamente com a corrida.
Sobre o treino, pace alto ainda, amadora como sou, mas satisfeita, pois tenho incluido mais subidas no percurso. Com o tempo aprimorando tudo isso.
O fato é que #produtividade é fazer do seu tempo algo de valor.

In all this movement you must somehow begin from the other end, from the other shore, and not always be concerned with this shore or how to cross the river. You must take a plunge into the water, not knowing how to swim. And the beauty of this is that you never know where you are, where you are going, what the end is.
