I love face pulls, can ya tell?
Occasionally I do face pulls with external rotation - kinda turns it more into a W-Row. To offset all the sitting and slouching us humans tend to do it’s good to add external rotations and horizontal rowing movements into the routine.
I love doing these two moves together on the cables. Hits the upper back and rear delts quite nicely on the second set of face pulls, don’t stretch your arms out all the way - keep the tension on your delts! Try this out on your next back day!
