My wife @jac0928 and I the most extraordinary experience at #Ultraviolet. Our reservation was accepted but due to a technical error, the restaurant was overcomiitted. They offered us the opportunity to enjoy the same courses and pairings in the kitchen and at no cost. Our thanks to the many staff and chef Paul Pairet and all the @uvbypp staff made us feel welcome and let us hang out in the kitchen and watch the magic in process. This was one of the first bites. Bright, sour ice cream with pop rocks. Incredible.
