Was your goal at the beginning of this year to lose weight, get fitter or lead a healthier lifestyle but your actions say you've done nothing about it?
Joining a gym, going sporadically, not focusing on your nutrition doesn't count.
You realise time will fly by like it always does.
I'm part of a fitfam who are like, " I'm doing the 80 day obsession, I want be a better version of me etc"
So, what choice do I have but to stick to my plan. My accountability group makes damn sure it happens. We support each other, its the best thing ever.
