Hope/Love in Jesus. He is our true anchor.
Live art I did at a young adult revival, I just drew what God had put on my heart. It was a special week, a lot of things happened. One, that was the first time I got paid by a church for doing live art; Even though I’d been doing art for decades. Ya know I didn’t even go there to do live art. Actually I was supposed to go there and play guitar with my brother because the people who were doing the revival asked him to play one of his songs, but at the last minute my brother told me he was just gonna play the song by himself. I don’t even know why I ended up going, maybe because I had nothing to do that day or maybe because my brother mentioned they would have pizza. But whatever the case I was there, and God opened up a door for me to bless those people with my art and in return he blessed me, all-around it was just a blessing. In the picture Jesus is on the anchor representing that he is our anchor. Then the red and blue represent the blood and water that flowed from his side when he died on the cross. The ripples at the bottom represent his love for us echoing throughout eternity. And at the top when we feel like we’re at the end of our rope we can find hope/love in Jesus.

“Então, convocando a multidão e juntamente os seus discípulos, disse-lhes: Se alguém quer vir após mim, a si mesmo se negue, tome a sua cruz e siga-me.” Marcos 8:34 ARA
It's time to rewind.
I wanted to start over on Instagram, just erase everything and start with a clean slate. My life has taken a dramatic turn recently, and now I want to finally put my Instagram to good use. I used to only post maybe twice a year, with most of my posts being meaningless to me or anybody else. There were a few good posts about big life moments for me, but the rest of my posts were very forgettable.
But then I realized something:
Right here, at my fingertips, I have a way to reach hundreds (hopefully someday thousands) of people. I can use this to spread the truth and love of Christ. I can use this to inspire hope, give motivation, or any other positive encouragement that people might need. The world desperately needs all of these things, so it's time to do my part.
