Not going to lie, it felt really freaking good to train again at my old gym. I walked in with a clear mind and a new spark of motivation that I haven’t felt for a while.
Last night I enjoyed some time with my family while my brother was in town, which meant digging into some food. No regrets, I feel recharged. I just put it to work and getting back at it today. Happy #humpday friends!
