Today was my first training session in a long time....
Recovering from a bit of overtraining to being sick for a while.....it’s always hard to get back into it especially after about 3-4 weeks. Just one day at a time. It might be a bit discouraging in the beginning but before you know it you back into it
I realized one thing and that is as long as you have the opportunity you already have so much! Something else I thought about is the pressure we sometimes put on ourselves. Remember why you do this because you enjoy it!!! May that always remain my nr 1 reason for training
