His is on the left and mine on the right. The only difference is the carb, and his has cheese. He has a bagel, and I have quinoa mixed In my eggs. He just needs to maintain, but I want to lean up. Do I miss the cheese on my eggs? Yes! I get to have some later in the day if I want. I am trusting the process! It’s all about when and what you eat to get results. It’s not about cutting all carbs, or any of the other “cool fad diets”. It’s about eating real food, and not starving yourself. You need to eat to drop pounds! I know mind blowing right? I started following the timed nutrition last week, so going on 13 Days. The first week was only 30 minute workouts. This week the new program started on Monday. The workouts increased to 60 minutes, but are so fun the time flies by so fast! Maybe it’s my playlist combined with my unicorn powder!🤣🤷♀️ I have lost 5lbs! Now, the scale is just 1 tool, and really should be tossed in the trash! 🤣 It lies to us! It fluctuates throughout the day for a number of reasons! Measurements(I need to remember to do that later to compare), progress pics, and how your clothes fit are better ways to determine your progress. I feel less bloated and my clothes are fitting better. Now, to go throw back some neon yellow and get this day started! Enjoy your day!
